CLIC will not tolerate nor accept exploitation of persons within unequal relationships. We will not accept nor tolerate, as stated in our HR policies, any behaviour that leads to the mistreatment and endangerment of our staff and organizational security.

CLIC will not tolerate anyone who will tarnish its reputation. We expect all employees and associates to present exemplary behaviour while discharging their duties. CLIC will terminate and report to legitimate authorities any such actions after thorough investigation by the company management. CLIC recognizes that in cases of abuse of power, those in vulnerable positions may not feel comfortable nor confident to approach leadership of CLIC, especially if those in leadership positions are engaged in such behaviour.

Therefore, CLIC has established this policy and measures of enforcement to ensure that those within or outside the organization are able to express their concerns to a confidential third party (HR Advisor) who will ensure that this Policy is enforced.
